Pastel Nagomi Art Class for Parents 2022

In January 2022, S.O.A.R. launched an eight-session Pastel Nagomi Art Classes to help parents and caregivers who were struggling during the pandemic to relieve stress. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants painted pastel paintings. During the classes, they not only learned pastel nagomi techniques, but also have 90 minutes of time to fully focus on creating, clearing their minds and leaving their worries behind. S.O.A.R. hoped to bring to the participants some valuable Me-time when they could find the space that they would need to have the necessary relaxation, to offload their worries, to have peace with themselves so that they could paint a rainbow for themselves in their lives.
